60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from delivery to return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Why We Charge Return Fees

Many of our products—like play mats and storage systems—are oversized and require expensive freight shipping. Our return fees include shipping - there is no restocking fee.

Good news: If you're exchanging or choosing store credit instead of a refund, we cover the return shipping cost—no fee!


How to Return Something

Step 1: Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal or email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Shipping zip code from your confirmation email
  • Items you'd like to return

Step 2: Ship It Back

We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Just pack up your item and drop it off.

Important: Please don't send items back without requesting a return first—we won't be able to accept them.

Step 3: Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 7 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • ✓ Unused and in new condition
  • ✓ In original packaging
  • Play mats: Still in original clear wrap (or a restocking fee applies)

Received Something Damaged or Wrong?

We're so sorry! Inspect your order when it arrives, and if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at [email protected]. We'll make it right—no return fee.

The fastest way to get what you need is to:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This way, you'll get exactly what you want without waiting for stock.
