30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Why We Charge Return Fees
Many of our products like play mats and storage systems are oversized and require expensive freight shipping. Our return fees include shipping - there is no restocking fee.
How to Return Something
Visit our online returns portal or email us at info@copenhagenkid.com with:
- Your order number
- Shipping zip code from your confirmation email
- Items you'd like to return
Step 2: Ship It Back
Once your return has been approved, you can arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself, or we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. If you use our prepaid label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Step 3: Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 7 business days),
your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The cost of a Copenhagen Kid prepaid return shipping label, if used, will be deducted from the refund.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- ✓ Unused and in new condition
- ✓ In their original packaging
- ✓ Returned within 30 days of delivery
- ✓ Play mats: Still in original clear wrap (or a restocking fee applies)

- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom orders
- International purchases
- Promotional gifts
Received Something Damaged or Wrong?
We're so sorry! Inspect your order when it arrives, and if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@copenhagenkid.com. We'll make it right no return fee.

- Place a new order once your return is approved
