At Copenhagen Kid, we offer a 3-year manufacturing warranty on all our products, reflecting our commitment to creating items that are both beautiful and durable.

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. If any issues arise within this period, we are here to help—please reach out to us at [email protected].

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange. For returns, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label—the cost will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are complimentary, and we'll ship your new item once we receive the original. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt. If the item arrives defective, all shipping is on us.

Handmade in Los Angeles. Our wood products are made by hand in a Los Angeles woodworking shop through small-batch, artisan production. Each piece comes with a 3-year warranty and is designed for generational use. The wood is non-chemically treated.
