Shipping Policy
Copenhagen Kid offers free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous 48 United States. 2-day shipping is available at checkout, calculated based on the items in your cart.
Eligible Destinations
Copenhagen Kid currently ships within the contiguous 48 United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days. Free on all orders.
- 2-Day Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days. Calculated at checkout.
2-day shipping orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are processed and shipped the same business day.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day from our California warehouse. During busier periods, order processing may take up to 2 business days.
Pre-Orders
Some products are produced in small batches and ship on a pre-order timeline. Estimated ship dates are shown on each product page and are based on historical inbound timelines. Pre-order dates may shift; we will notify you of any updates by email.
Carrier and Tracking
Orders are delivered via FedEx or OnTrac. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Order status updates are sent to the email address used at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery dates are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier transit, weather, or holidays. We are not responsible for transit delays unless expedited shipping is selected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, refuse delivery if there is significant visual damage to the outer packaging, and contact us immediately at [email protected]. See our Refund Policy for return options.
