It arrived quickly and took minutes to put together. We live in NYC in an NYC sized apartment so this replaced our living room rug which in my dreams would be a Beni Ourain rug. Given that we have two small slobber machines, I am pretty happy with this as a stand in. My 7 month old now has full reign of the living room and we feel comfortable putting him down anywhere and he'll play for hours. Functionally this was a huge improvement and an aesthetic win.

United StatesTerrazzo is not as nuanced as expected
I was looking for a baby mat that’s not the typical primary colored Alphabet mat, something that would look nicer in our home. The “terrazzo” however looks like it’s just black paint splatter on a white background. I thought from the picture that there were different colored pieces to look more like terrazzo. Kind of bummed since the mat was quadruple the price of typical baby mats but I don’t have the time to go through the effort of returning it.

This mat is exactly what we wanted- a bigger, safer play area that looked tasteful and wasn’t an eyesore in our house. Great customer service too! My daughter loves feeling the texture of the mat when she’s on her tummy and I love how easy it is to clean. It’s also big enough for me to sit with her on it, instead of the hardwood floor, so my baby and my butt are both much happier lol.
